Sauteed Peaches

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups peeled, pitted and sliced fresh Washington peaches
  • 2 tbsp seeded and minced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Sauté peaches and jalapeño pepper in butter.
  • Add sugar and cinnamon; sauté 1 minute longer.
  • Top with a scoop of ice cream
